Protection Island Gina Pearce

Gina Pearce specializes in residential and recreational properties on Protection Island located in the harbour of Nanaimo, BC.  From luxury waterfront estates, to cozy cabins and undeveloped lots. Please contact Gina to learn more about this unique island and to arrange a tour by golf cart.

Gina grew up on Protection Island and now lives here with her husband and son. Her family has enjoyed this island for many generations, starting with her great-great-grandfather. In the early 1900's, he built a cabin here when he was the caretaker and fire marshall for the coal mine.

Gina's dad, Jim Pearce, was a Realtor® on Protection for over twenty years. Gina has extensive knowledge of the island and offers her clients the personalized service and local expertise they deserve.

Gina earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and is fluently bilingual. Before becoming a licensed Realtor®, she worked in international communications for multi-national corporations in Paris, France for 8 years followed by another 10 years in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
